1. Credits and Payments
CogVideo.io operates on a prepaid credit system. Credits are consumed when generation requests are processed.
2. No Refunds for Used Credits
All credit purchases are final. Credits that have been used are non-refundable.
3. Abuse and Misuse
Accounts found to violate the Acceptable Use Policy may be terminated without refund.
4. Chargebacks
Unauthorized chargebacks or fraudulent payment disputes may result in immediate account termination.
5. Pricing Changes
CogVideo.io reserves the right to change pricing or credit costs at any time.
