This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) defines prohibited uses of the CogVideo.io Service.
1. General Rule
You may not use CogVideo.io to generate, upload, process, or attempt to generate content that violates this policy.
2. Prohibited Content
The following content is strictly prohibited:
a) Sexually Explicit Content
- Pornographic or sexually explicit material
- Sexual acts intended for arousal
- Fetish content
b) Minors
- Any content depicting or resembling minors
- Any sexualized depiction of individuals under 18
c) Violence and Abuse
- Sexual violence
- Extreme violence or gore
- Harassment or threats
d) Impersonation and Deepfakes
- Content impersonating real individuals without consent
- Non-consensual deepfakes
- Use of real persons’ likenesses in misleading or harmful ways
e) Illegal or Harmful Content
- Illegal activities
- Drug trafficking
- Weapons
- Terrorism
3. Enforcement
CogVideo.io uses automated and manual mechanisms to detect policy violations. Violations may result in account suspension or termination without notice.
4. No Right to Appeal
CogVideo.io is not obligated to provide warnings, explanations, or appeal processes for enforcement actions.
